Dear Dr. Cherry Murray, Benjamin Peirce Professor of Technology and Public Policy at Harvard SEAS, former Director of the Office of Science of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
I respectfully request you address the proof that my invention, proven feasible by 59 quotes from reputable industries, can replace 4,000 CMS electronic data processing boards (goo.gl/mPHw5Y) funded by DOE with my 9 electronic data processing boards (goo.gl/OTkH4z) while providing an enormous performance improvement at one thousandth the cost. Inconsistencies in science prevent us from reducing over 50% the mortality of the most deadly and costly calamity in the world, cancer and reduce healthcare costs and from saving hundreds of millions of taxpayers’ dollars from the biggest and most expensive experiment in the history of the planet at CERN and from building powerful tools to advance science. See the PDF of this document at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxWfo2ViJ6r5c25sYmh1SnJTa00/view?usp=sharing. Dear Joel Butler, Thank you for your response and for your question.
My goal is to help you and CERN build the most powerful tools to uncover the unknown, beyond the imagination of future science, and create powerful very effective tools for early cancer detection to save millions of lives that are hundreds of times more efficient at identifying cancerous cells than any device currently on the market, requiring 1% radiation of the over 10,000 PET devices (Positron Emission Tomography) currently in use at an affordable examination cost. Because both types of tools are based on particle detection techniques which is your specialized field at CERN, I am respectfully requesting that you, Andy Lankford and Nadia Pastrone organize a public meeting to address my invention for the advancement in particle detection. What does this mean? What can happen next? What help is needed from investigative journalists?
On February 21, 2017 Crosetto received an Appeal response letter from the Director of the DOE Office of Hearings and Appeals dated February 1, 2017, stating: “The Appeal filed on January 6, 2017 by Dario B. Crosetto, Case No FIA-17-001, is hereby granted… This matter is hereby remanded to the Department of Energy’s Office of Public Information, which shall issue a new determination in accordance with the instructions set forth in the above Decision.” Continue reading
Your help is needed in forwarding this message and asking to address publicly these issues to Dr. Cherry Murray (email@example.com), U.S. DOE Director of the Office of Science, Dr. Francis Collins (Collinsf@od.nih.gov) Director of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), Dr. Douglas Lowy (LowyD@mail.nih.gov) Director of the U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI) and other people among the recipient of this email who freely accepted positions of responsibility and promised to work to make a better world. In 4 years we have another election in the U.S., many elections in Europe and in other countries in the world, however, cancer will still be there if scientific issues are not addressed FOR A WORLD OF REASON&SCIENCE RE: Innovations saving lives and taxpayer money. Continue reading
Dear President Obama,
“Add your name to tell scientists handling taxpayer money to do their job.
Tell them to distribute funds for cancer research by implementing public, transparent procedures based on calculations, analytical and scientific evidence, objective, data-driven analysis and not distributing taxpayer money to a circle of friends behind closed door. Continue reading
On behalf of the 7000 people who signed a petition, the 1600 Americans dying every day from cancer (one every 4 seconds in the world), I respectfully request you call for a public ANALYTICAL and SCIENTIFIC discussion of my 413-page invention to solve the cancer dilemma through an effective early detection between myself, the DOE and NIH-NCI experts responsible for spending taxpayer money to advance science, significantly reduce cancer deaths and healthcare costs. Continue reading
Here you will find an explanation of the concept of my invention of how to extract all valuable data from radiation arriving at Medical Imaging devices at ultra-high speed by solving the envelope analogy posed to you on April 17, 2016. The invention enables an effective early cancer detection that can reduce cancer death by over 50%. The layman can easily understand the envelope analogy by watching 70 seconds of video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HwMnHRuWo4o, beginning at minute 7:58 showing an experiment conducted by high school students at a San Antonio, Texas High School Continue reading
Dear Vice-President Biden, could you please ask your grandchildren if they consider it essential for those who want to implement a project to end cancer to be asked for an estimate of the percentage of cancer death reduction they expect to attain, the cost to develop their project, where to find a link to support their claims, and for those claiming highest potential to reduce cancer deaths, do they believe the candidates should be able to question each other in a public debate in a style similar to the presidential debate before they receive taxpayer money? Continue reading
