Dear Dr. Michael Corbat, CEO of Citigroup, Dear Dr. James Forese, President of Citigroup, Dear members of the Board of Directors and the Executive board of Citigroup, Dear decision makers, leaders in the field, investigative journalists and those who care to make the scientific truth for the benefit of humanity prevail, we should work together to demand and implement transparency in science (please see APPEDIX for references to information supporting these claims). What is needed is to address the real problem that influential scientists handling taxpayer money have the responsibility to make the scientific truth emerge through transparent, public, scientific reviews, rather than wasting taxpayer money. Dear Dr. Joel Butler, Spokesman of CMS Collaboration at CERN, Dear Dr. Andrew Lankford, Deputy Spokesman of the ATLAS Collaboration at CERN, Dear Dr. Nadia Pastrone, President of the INFN CSN1, representing the CMS Italian Collaboration at CERN,
I respectfully request you address the proof that my invention, proven feasible by 59 quotes from reputable industries, can replace 4,000 CMS electronic data processing boards (goo.gl/mPHw5Y) with my 9 electronic data processing boards (goo.gl/OTkH4z) while providing an enormous performance improvement at one thousandth the cost. Dear Dr. Cherry Murray, Benjamin Peirce Professor of Technology and Public Policy at Harvard SEAS, former Director of the Office of Science of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
I respectfully request you address the proof that my invention, proven feasible by 59 quotes from reputable industries, can replace 4,000 CMS electronic data processing boards (goo.gl/mPHw5Y) funded by DOE with my 9 electronic data processing boards (goo.gl/OTkH4z) while providing an enormous performance improvement at one thousandth the cost. I trust that you will defend the interest of the taxpayer by providing them through the channels (radio, TV, newspapers, online blog and newspapers) that REVEAL uses to inform the public the facts and documents that I have gathered during these past two decades aimed to remove the suppression of my inventions beneficial to taxpayers and to stop the waste of their money. Inconsistencies in science prevent us from reducing over 50% the mortality of the most deadly and costly calamity in the world, cancer and reduce healthcare costs and from saving hundreds of millions of taxpayers’ dollars from the biggest and most expensive experiment in the history of the planet at CERN and from building powerful tools to advance science. Dear Dr. Michael Corbat, CEO of Citigroup, Dear Dr. James Forese, President of Citigroup, Dear members of the Board of Directors and the Executive board of Citigroup, Dear all,
I respectfully request Citigroup and anyone who publicly declare a mission of enabling growth and progress not to suppress the information on innovations beneficial to humanity using the improper accusation of “Harassment”, but support my inventions and address inconsistencies in science, implemented by influential scientists handling taxpayers and donation money, by firstly asking particle physics experts Andrew Lankford, Joel Butler and Nadia Pastrone, appointed by CERN Director General on February 2, 2017 to organize a scientific discussion/review of my 3D-Flow OPRA invention at CERN similar to the one organized for my previous 3D-Flow invention at Fermilab in 1993. Following is provided the material for other newspapers and investigative journalists to help them to inform the public and open an investigation about hundreds of millions of taxpayers’ dollars and millions of lives needlessly lost and how we continue to lose them because the scientific community denies a public forum to Crosetto as they denied to Semmelweis to answer non-scientific objections of their opponents. (The titles in the pages below are from J.C. Johnson). Continue reading
See the PDF of this document at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxWfo2ViJ6r5c25sYmh1SnJTa00/view?usp=sharing. Dear Joel Butler, Thank you for your response and for your question.
My goal is to help you and CERN build the most powerful tools to uncover the unknown, beyond the imagination of future science, and create powerful very effective tools for early cancer detection to save millions of lives that are hundreds of times more efficient at identifying cancerous cells than any device currently on the market, requiring 1% radiation of the over 10,000 PET devices (Positron Emission Tomography) currently in use at an affordable examination cost. Because both types of tools are based on particle detection techniques which is your specialized field at CERN, I am respectfully requesting that you, Andy Lankford and Nadia Pastrone organize a public meeting to address my invention for the advancement in particle detection. What does this mean? What can happen next? What help is needed from investigative journalists?
On February 21, 2017 Crosetto received an Appeal response letter from the Director of the DOE Office of Hearings and Appeals dated February 1, 2017, stating: “The Appeal filed on January 6, 2017 by Dario B. Crosetto, Case No FIA-17-001, is hereby granted… This matter is hereby remanded to the Department of Energy’s Office of Public Information, which shall issue a new determination in accordance with the instructions set forth in the above Decision.” Continue reading
