DOE email reveals procedure to assign taxpayer money to research projects is corrupt. This corruption and other inconsistencies when assigning taxpayer and donation money to research projects is not limited to DOE but is common in other organizations and is detrimental to us all. Please take action to help reform the current anonymous peer-review system conducted among a circle of friends of scientists meeting behind closed doors to split taxpayer and donation money without addressing technical issues/arguments in a public meeting with ethical scientists and applicants, which would reveal the advantages/benefits of a project/idea/invention compared to others.
Summary: 160,007,400 people have died from cancer (one every 4 seconds) since Crosettoâ€™s invention was crushed. It is a crime to deny an analytical scientific discussion that would prevent the loss of millions of deaths and trillions of dollars. Continue reading

Dear President Obama, Vice-President Joe Biden, leaders, professionals, journalists and to the attention of anyone who has a role in serving science, the public interest, and who is dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity,Â 159,856,200 people have died from cancer since my invention which could have saved over 50% of their lives was crushed (11,835,200 were Americans). Hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayer money has been wasted building less efficient and more costly projects knowing that my invention can provide staggering performance improvements at a fraction of the cost.
