Dear John Womersley, BBC Executive: Tony.Hall, Helen Boaden, Danny Cohen James Harding, James Purnell Tim Davie

BBC Trust: Ms. Rona Fairhead, Sir Roger Carr, Ms. Sonita Alleyne, Mr. Richard Ayre, Mr. Mark Damazer, Mr. Mark Florman,       Mr. Bill Matthews, Ms. Aideen McGinley, Mr. Nicholas Prettejhon, Ms. Elan Closs Stephens, Ms. Suzanna Taverne and Lord Williams, BBC staff, James Holton,

I respectfully request to provide the names of a few scientists in the UK who are knowledgeable in the field of particle detection for High Energy Physics applications and for Medical Imaging applications that I could meet, listen their remarks, agreements with the statement below, or clarify their doubts regarding the following statements recognized scientifically correct and beneficial to humanity so that BBC could provide IMPARTIAL information to the public about benefits that they can receive from breakthrough inventions.

The 3D-Flow inventions is recognized that it breaks the speed barrier in real-time applications providing for the first time the capability to execute programmable complex Object Pattern Recognition Level-1 Trigger (OPRT) algorithms, sustaining an input data rate higher than 80 million events per second with over a billion collisions per second with zero dead-time. It is undeniable that my 3D-Flow programmable OPRT system could have provided a much more powerful tool in the discovery of new particles and in saving millions of lives through my 3D-CBS invention that makes use of the 3D-Flow system which provides an effective early cancer detection.

I was promised by BBC Executive to receive an answer to my July 1, 2015 email requesting a meeting and interview to explain my invention. I was promised by John Womersley’s assistant Ms. Dymphie Voortman on July 15, 2015 to acknowledge receiving my email to John Womersley, however, after asking me to resend it to different address, and call me to confirm receiving it I still do not have a confirmation. I have been asked by BBC switch board to call back Mr. John Holton during the last three days, however, after several attempts, I had to write this email hoping to receive an answer in due time before my departure from UK where I have been since July 1, 2015.

Thank you for your attention,

Sincerely,

Dario Crosetto

July 14, 2015

Dear John,

I see that you hold now a position of responsibility in the field of Science and Technology in the UK.  I remember when I gave presentations at the D0 collaboration at FERMILab when you were the Spokesman and when I was invited to give a seminar at MSU in East Lancing, Michigan in 1993; after my seminar we went to a party with you, Maris Abolins and several other of your colleagues.

At that time I received many testimonial[1] letters of appreciation of my breakthrough 3D-Flow invention from qualified people in the field such as Joel Butler, P.G. Innocenti, John People, S. Cittolin, F. Bourgeois, Barry Barish, Michael Shaeviz, Mike Harris, Andy Lankford, etc.  They recognized that it breaks the speed barrier in real-time applications providing for the first time the capability to execute programmable complex Object Pattern Recognition Level-1 Trigger (OPRT) algorithms, sustaining an input data rate higher than 80 million events per second with over a billion collisions per second with zero dead-time The content of these letters was official[2] and was also used later by attorneys. Among these, Abolins’ letter details the technical advantages and merits of my 3D-Flow invention compared to other “hard-wired” schemes.

Because you must know top scientists in the UK, would you please name a couple who you believe would understand the magnitude of my inventions to help explain their importance to the BBC staff?

It is undeniable that my 3D-Flow programmable OPRT system could have provided a much more powerful tool in the discovery of new particles and in saving millions of lives through an effective early cancer detection. This is possible with the 3D-CBS (3-D Complete Body Screening) that can accurately extract all relevant information from the tumor markers radiation.

It is undeniable that funding agencies funded less efficient approaches in HEP wasting $50 billion and 20 years of work because the current Level-1 Trigger of the large CMS and Atlas experiments need to be trashed. This is stated in the CMS and Atlas 2013 detector upgrade documents. It is undeniable that now funding agencies are making the same mistake in funding the new Level-1 Trigger of these large experiments with FPGA implementations.  This time they will waste $30 billion and the work of 12,000 scientists over the next 10 years.

It is undeniable that millions of lives and trillions of dollars have been lost because of inefficient medical instrumentation while many could have been saved with my 3D-CBS technology hundreds of times more efficient than current PET (Positron Emission Tomography).

It will be a great service to humanity if you could help BBC Executive and BBC Trust to understand my breakthrough inventions so they could be IMPARTIAL in giving air time also to my interview where I can say these things as they gave air time to scientists from CERN, to the 15 years old Jack Andraka.  The 3D-Flow and the 3D-CBS can greatly contribute in advancing science, discovering new particles and in significantly reducing cancer deaths and cost.

During WWII, important inventions were unable to receive funding through proper channels. The Turing Machine (ENIGMA) responsible for shortening the war by 2 years and saving 14 million people, bypassed normal channels when Turing went straight to leader Winston Churchill for needed supplies and funds.  Another was the RADAR, when inventor Robert Watson Watt, bypassed normal channels when he asked Winston Churchill, who had more power during wars, for help.

However, in peacetime, leaders of civil-democratic countries receive power from citizens who become aware of detrimental inconsistencies and pressure their leaders to resolve them.

To give more power to leaders on beneficial issues, the media must inform the public who must pressure leaders and representatives to act in their interest.

Sincerely Yours,

Dario Crosetto
