Dear President Obama, 159,453,800 people died from cancer from when my invention was crushed (11,812,800 were Americans). Please help to remove the bureaucratic obstacles for DOE and NIH to organize a public scientific review of my 3D-Flow OPRA breakthrough invention similar to the 1993 FERMILAB review to implement what you promised.
On April 29, 2013 at the 150th Anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences you promised to protect science research from partisan politics stating: “I will keep working to make sure that our scientific research does not fall victim to political maneuvers or agendas that in some ways would impact on the integrity of the scientific process.” And adding: “…and ensure that we only fund proposals that promise the biggest bang for taxpayer dollars” …that’s what’s going to maintain our standards of scientific excellence for years to come”.
I would like to bring to your attention that for the past 20 years I provided several inventions recognized valuable in several public scientific reviews including the recognition of the value of my 3D-Flow invention by academia, industries and research centers in a formal, official, major scientific review held at FERMILAB on Dec. 14, 1993.
Despite knowing of the existence of my superior technology government agencies funded less efficient/performant and more expensive technologies wasting a lot of taxpayer money and depriving them form the benefits from my inventions.
Today, my 3D-Flow OPRA breakthrough invention supported by 59 quotes from reputable companies proving feasibility to greatly advance science and significantly reduce cancer deaths and costs is crushed and an open, public analytical scientific review based on calculation and scientific evidence similar to the one held at FERMILAB in 1993 is denied.
In the field of advancement in science, 9 electronic data processing boards of my 3D-Flow OPRA system in one crate can replace at 1/1000 the cost of the 4,000 electronic data processing boards of the CMS Level-1 Trigger in hundreds of crates funded by DOE.
In Medical Imaging applications my 3D-Flow OPRA allows my 3D-CBS (3-D Complete Body Screening) lifesaving technology to be built which is hundreds of times more efficient than the over 6,000 existing PET devices.
Based on its increased efficiency, the estimated cancer death reduction achievable with my 3D-CBS is 33% in 6 years from funding and 50% in 10 years.
Please help to remove the bureaucratic obstacles for DOE and NIH to organize a public scientific review of my 3D-Flow OPRA breakthrough invention similar to the 1993 FERMILAB review to implement what you promised.
